Paul Nickerson III, MBA is a leadership professional, former collegiate athlete, and advocate for personal growth, discipline, and community impact. Raised in the Bronx, New York, Paul developed a deep understanding of resilience, hard work, and the power of belief through sports, education, and the influence of family and community.

Throughout his journey, he has served in leadership roles that allowed him to mentor young people, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to initiatives focused on community development and social impact. His experiences—from competing on basketball courts across the country to working alongside professionals in business and education—helped shape the mindset and principles shared in this book.
